Chassis and Running Gear
Front Section in the production model is constructed from round DOM mechanical tubing, 2mm
and 2.5mm wall thickness, fully jigged and TIG welded.
Rear Section is constructed from square tube, for greater contact and adhesion to the body,
with integral sheet floor-pan, bulkhead and tunnel.

| Front Suspension |

|
| Suzuki GSXR 1100 front wheels |
Front Suspension uses unequal length wishbones and uprights constructed by Planet with coil-over Hagon
adjustable shocks. Front Wheels on these models are Suzuki GSXR 1100 alloys, running 310mm
discs with Brembo Twin-pot Gold Line calipers.

|
| Rear Set-up |
Rear Suspension
started with a Planet mono arm mounted to the chassis with 50mm adjustable taper roller bearings. Double row
prop-shaft support bearings and internal drive to a BMW R90 bevel box drive with 200mm hydraulic drum brake. Hung
on coil-over special-build Hagon single shock with adjustable pre-load and damping. For future production we will be going
to a traditional swinging arm, twin shocks, with straight shaft to a diff and chain-drive to a motorcycle type rear wheel.
This will give greater cockpit room and more efficient power supply.
Body Work is glass fibre, self-colour at 5-6mm thickness and fully bonded to chassis for increased strength.
Removable front and rear sections to allow maintenance.
